Do you think it is too hard to get over someone you work with? If so, your thoughts may be changed after reading this post.

For most people, it is really tough to get over someone they have to see on a daily basis.

In this post, I will show you how to get over someone you work with.

Believe me it is not that much hard.

Before I talk further, I want you to think why it is hard to get over someone you see every day.

In most of my previous articles, I said that the recovery process doesn’t start until your subconscious mind gets solid proof that you can’t have that person.

When you want to get over someone you work with, you have to see them every day.

Therefore, your subconscious mind doesn’t accept that you can’t get that person.

And that’s the problem. Whenever you see that person, your mind tries to finish your unfinished business which is to have a good relationship with him or her.

You need to stop your subconscious mind and make it do what is in your favor. For this, you need to take below steps.

Step 1. Understand the withdrawal symptoms –

When you used to something, you become addicted to it. If you somehow lost that thing, your body shows withdrawal symptoms.

For an example, if you used to take tea in the morning then your body show withdrawal symptoms if you don’t take tea in any particular morning. You might say, “I am not feeling fresh, because I didn’t take tea this morning.”

The same thing happens when you become addicted to a person, and you somehow lost him or her.

You might think that that was the one who always took care of you. And now you lost him or her.

So who is to be going to take care of you? From where will you get nurturing? With whom you can share your problems?

It is quite normal. And you need to suffer a little bit in the earlier stage of a breakup. But if you manage to deal with these types of withdrawal symptoms, you will be able to get over someone you work with.

Step 2. Things to say when someone breakups with you –

“It’s fine.”

“Breakup is final.”

“We can’t be couple at all.”

“I have moved on completely.”

These are the correct things to say to the person you broke up and work with.

By saying so, you will give a clear message to your subconscious mind that you have accepted what happened and the break up is final.

Don’t say ‘Sorry’ or anything else which can confuse your subconscious mind that you still want to amend your relationship and get back to your ex.

Furthermore, if your ex wants to talk to you then keep the communication to minimal level and don’t associate romantic emotions to him or her at that moment.

Step 3. Do the right things after a breakup –

One of my post what to do right after a breakup; I said that doing the right things after the breakup can decrease the recovery time to a great extent.

Most people make a huge mistake by visualizing about old memories about their past relationship.

They listen to sad songs which make them more depressed. They search for sad breakup quotes, and after reading them they become the saddest person on the earth.

All these things delay the recovery process and make your life unbearable.

First, you need to avoid doing all these things. Thereafter, repeat the phrase ‘It’s over’ whenever you get any thought about your old partner.

Moreover, you should listen to positive songs and self help speakers instead of listening to negative songs.

Search for positive thoughts on the internet instead of searching for sad breakup quotes.

Step 4. Tell him or her that it’s over –

When it comes to learning how to get over someone you work with, you need to understand that getting over that person highly depends on how early you convince your subconscious mind that the relationship is over.

To do so, the best thing is you should say to your old partner is that the relationship is over. Say it whenever you get an opportunity to say so.

Getting over someone you work with is tough because you see that person daily and your emotions come on the surface.

But it is also easy if you see that person and convince your subconscious mind that you can’t have that person on a daily basis.

By telling him or her that it’s over, you will be convincing both your old partner and your subconscious mind that ‘it’s really over’.
